Blackberry verrine

I had a dinner with my friend on Fri. The first question she asked me was "Are you still picking blackberries?" Of course not, because they are out of season. I made this [Blackberry verrine] last summer using hand picked blackberries. 金曜日にお友達と夕食を食べたとき、最初に聞かれた質問が「まだブラックベリー採ってる？」でした（笑） 勿論シーズンじゃないから採れないですが、夏に作ったこちらのブラックベリーヴェリーヌは、自分で採ったブラックベリーで作りました。

Can you see cookie part??? I made 2 flovars the other day. One is custard cream and another one is green tea.

They are good, but I couldn't stop thinking about my favorite flovar, COFFEE!

I use real coffee beans for this coffee cream. It's so fresh and I never had better coffee cream than this in my life. クッキーシュークリームって聞いた事がありますか？ある日、カスタードと抹茶の２種類を作りました。 そうしたら大好きなコーヒー味を作らずにはいられなくなって、コーヒー味も作りました。 コーヒー豆を使うのでとっても良い香りです。 このコーヒークリーム以上に美味しいコーヒークリームには出会った事が無い程！
